The Story
Java Natural comes from Wanoja Farms in the Kamojang highlands of West Java. The same farm, the same harvest window, processed three different ways across this collection.
This lot was natural at origin. Elevation and variety details [TO CONFIRM] until verified with the producer.
What sets this coffee apart is not a single attribute. It is what the process does to a familiar terroir.
This process explained.
Fruit-forward, aromatic, winey. Cherries dry intact with the fruit on, deepening sweetness and pushing flavour toward berry and stone fruit.
