The Story
Java Full Washed comes from Wanoja Farms in the Kamojang highlands of West Java. The same farm, the same harvest window, processed three different ways across this collection.
This lot was full washed at origin. Elevation and variety details [TO CONFIRM] until verified with the producer.
What sets this coffee apart is not a single attribute. It is what the process does to a familiar terroir.
This process explained.
Clean, bright, precise. Cherries are depulped and washed before drying, which strips fruit influence and leaves clarity and structure.
