The Story
South Sumatra Robusta comes from smallholder Robusta growers in South Sumatra. The region is known for body, low acidity, and a long cocoa finish.
Fine Robusta deserves the same care as Arabica. This lot was selected, sorted, and treated as a coffee in its own right.

This process explained.
Bold, creamy, intense. A faster wet-hull process common in Indonesia, producing a low-acid, full-bodied cup with chocolate and roasted nut.
How we brew it.

28–32 seconds. Tight, sweet, structured.
Moka pot
Full basket, half water
Low heat. Pull off the stove early. Dense, full body.
